Senior Architect (ERP Projects)

Our client a leading Big 4 consulting firms, renowned for best in the class delivery and driving digital transformation in industries across the region.
You will lead the delivery and solution design for some of the most influential companies in Asia the manufacturing and energy sectors to implement cutting-edge ERP solutions that optimize business processes, boost efficiency, and drive growth.
We are currently seeking an experienced Seasoned Architect to lead and shape ERP projects for our top-tier clients. This is a strategic, client-facing role, requiring strong technical expertise, a deep understanding of ERP systems, and a background in the manufacturing or energy industries. This position will require extensive travelling whilst being based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead ERP Projects: Design and architect end-to-end ERP solutions, ensuring seamless integration across all business functions and systems.
Client Engagement: Work closely with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders to understand their business challenges, translate these into technical requirements, and deliver ERP solutions that add measurable value.
Technical Leadership: Oversee cross-functional teams (developers, business analysts, project managers) to ensure ERP implementations align with the latest best practices and technologies.
Industry Expertise: Utilize your deep knowledge of the manufacturing or energy sectors to guide clients through industry-specific challenges and deliver ERP solutions tailored to their unique needs.
Innovation & Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in ERP systems to propose innovative solutions that improve client performance and enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Experience: 15+ years of experience in ERP project architecture and implementation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Sector Knowledge: Proven background in manufacturing or energy industries, with a solid understanding of sector-specific business processes (e.g., supply chain, production, logistics, energy management).
Technical Skills: 10+ years of leading projects using one or more major ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their related modules (e.g., SCM, FICO, HCM).
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale ERP projects and manage diverse, cross-functional teams in a consulting or client-facing environment.
Client Management: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and business development skills with the ability to advise at the executive level.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
