Senior Technical Delivery Lead - Compliance Technology
Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Delivery Lead to join their team. This pivotal role focuses on driving technical delivery for Compliance and Anti-Financial Crime programs, with a strong emphasis on Asian regulatory frameworks like MAS.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Technical Delivery: Oversee the delivery of Compliance and Anti-Financial Crime initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and organizational objectives.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders at the C-level and collaborate effectively with technology teams.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of approximately 12 professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

  • Process Expertise: Apply a deep understanding of compliance processes to engage effectively with Compliance stakeholders.

 

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in technical delivery within the Compliance domain, with a proven track record in managing complex projects.

  • Technical Knowledge: Experience with systems such as Actimize, Detica, and Quantexa is preferred.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive successful outcomes.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees (e.g., Master’s or MBA) preferred.

 

 Salary SGD250K ~ 280K +++
