Are you an experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in CRM Salesforce and Contact Center Technologies? Join a prestigious MNC Financial Institution in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and contribute to a global digital transformation project.

Responsibilities

🔹Head business analysis for Salesforce CRM solutions, ensuring they meet business needs.
🔹 Gather requirements, document processes, and drive system optimisation.
🔹 Support digital transformation to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
🔹 Ensure smooth integration between Salesforce CRM and Contact Center technologies.
🔹 Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
🔹 Manage project timelines, risk mitigation, and alignment with business goals.
🔹 Good to have: Experience with Genesys Contact Center solutions.

What We’re Looking For

✔ 8-15 years of experience as a Business Analyst in CRM Salesforce.
✔ Expertise in Salesforce CRM integration with Contact Center technologies (Genesys experience is a plus).
✔ Strong background in business process analysis, solution design, and system implementation.
✔ Experience in digital transformation and improving customer experience.
✔ Ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders.
✔ Certifications in Salesforce or relevant business analysis methodologies (e.g., CBAP) are preferred.
✔ Good to have: Knowledge of Genesys Contact Center solutions.
✔ Experience in Financial Services or MNC environments is a plus.
