Senior Director - Identity Access Management

Our client is a leading consulting firm specializing in cybersecurity solutions, dedicated to delivering innovative and comprehensive services to clients across various industries. The team of experts is committed to helping organizations strengthen their security posture and achieve their business objectives.

They are seeking an experienced IAM (Identity and Access Management) Expert to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with one of the Big 4 consulting firms and possess extensive experience in developing and expanding the IAM business in the APAC region. As an IAM Subject Matter Expert (SME), the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the company's IAM initiatives, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring the successful implementation of IAM solutions for clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the business development and growth of the IAM business in the APAC region, leveraging industry best practices and innovative approaches.

  • Provide expert-level consulting services to clients on IAM strategy, design, implementation, and optimization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive IAM solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Conduct assessments and gap analyses to identify IAM vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.

  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to IAM.

  • Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership materials, including whitepapers, presentations, and case studies.

 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IAM, with a significant portion spent in a Big 4 consulting firm.

  • Proven track record of successfully developing and expanding IAM business in the APAC region.

  • Deep expertise in IAM technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards related to IAM in the APAC region.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
