As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for a Technology Practice Lead to drive our growth across Asia Pacific. This role offers the opportunity to specialise in one of our core technology practices: Software Engineering, Data & AI, Platform & Infrastructure, or Project Services.

What You’ll Be Doing

Market and Business Development

  • Lead and expand TENTEN’s technology recruitment practice across Asia Pacific.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities using your deep industry expertise and network.

Client and Candidate Engagement

  • Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

  • Deliver top-tier talent while maintaining a strong focus on candidate care.

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Use advanced recruitment techniques, including Boolean search and talent mapping.

Market Insights and Advisory

  • Provide clients and candidates with market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and recruitment best practices.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies to remain competitive.

Networking and Brand Building

  • Represent TENTEN at industry events and conferences.

  • Build and maintain strong professional networks to create a sustainable pipeline of top talent.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on technology roles.

  • Proven ability as a 360 recruiter, managing both client and candidate relationships.

  • A track record of placing senior-level professionals within technology.

  • Demonstrable market knowledge of talent trends, hiring challenges, and industry developments.

  • Evidence of business development and client relationship management skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced sourcing techniques.

  • Bonus: Established networks within the Asian market.

💰 Salary: $9,000 - $12,000 per month (Negotiable) + Market-Leading Commission Structure
