Role Highlights:
Oversee daily IT system access operations and incident management.
Define and enhance access processes, ensuring alignment with HQ and global standards.
Engage with stakeholders to support scalability and cost optimization.
Collaborate on regulatory compliance, risk management, and audit support.
Requirements:
8+ years in IT Access Management with experience in financial/private banking.
Expertise in IAM concepts, Active Directory, and banking applications.
Proficient in ITIL, IT Risk, and regulatory standards.
Strong skills in data analysis, documentation, and process improvement.
Skills:
Leadership, integrity, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage SLAs and balance BAU with projects.
