Executive Assistant

Job description

An established bank is expanding its team of three by adding a new member. This position is a one-year contract, with the possibility of renewal or conversion to a permanent role based on performance at the end of the term.

 Responsibilities
  • Provide timely, accurate and solution oriented support to CEO (& Deputy CEO) related to ongoing schedule/time management, project/Business Management (Management support and coordination of local projects and initiatives)

  • Explore/highlight cost-efficient ways to manage all assigned responsibilities/duties (eg. travel arrangements, visitor meetings/hosting, procurement of Corporate Hotels in Singapore and SE Asia)

  • Coordinate the bank’s Senior Management visits in close cooperation with other locations including Board of Directors based in Singapore and support respective visitors if/when needed

  • Always ensure and contribute to positive collaboration and teamwork with all internal (local/regional/Group) and external parties

  • Attend relevant trainings and courses (internal and external)

 

Requirements
  • Degree in Business Management or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in EA support

  • Good command of written and spoken English

Salary: SG$9,000 - SG$11,000 (negotiable) + completion bonus
