Executive Assistant
Job description
An established bank is expanding its team of three by adding a new member. This position is a one-year contract, with the possibility of renewal or conversion to a permanent role based on performance at the end of the term.
Responsibilities
Provide timely, accurate and solution oriented support to CEO (& Deputy CEO) related to ongoing schedule/time management, project/Business Management (Management support and coordination of local projects and initiatives)
Explore/highlight cost-efficient ways to manage all assigned responsibilities/duties (eg. travel arrangements, visitor meetings/hosting, procurement of Corporate Hotels in Singapore and SE Asia)
Coordinate the bank’s Senior Management visits in close cooperation with other locations including Board of Directors based in Singapore and support respective visitors if/when needed
Always ensure and contribute to positive collaboration and teamwork with all internal (local/regional/Group) and external parties
Attend relevant trainings and courses (internal and external)
Requirements
Degree in Business Management or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in EA support
Good command of written and spoken English
