KYC Client Lifecycle Manager – Asset Management

Job description

We are collaborating with a distinguished global asset management firm, renowned for their client-focused approach and robust investment strategies. They are looking for a dynamic Client Governance Manager to join their Hong Kong office. You will have the opportunity to work within a high-performing team, supporting client onboarding and lifecycle management for institutional and wholesale clients.
Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end client onboarding, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

  • Oversee client lifecycle management processes, including KYC reviews, account updates and documentation management.

  • Act as a key liaison between clients, internal teams (legal, compliance, operations) and external stakeholders.

  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure data integrity across systems.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

  • Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting client governance and onboarding.

 

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field.

  • More than 6 years of experience in client onboarding, KYC, or client governance within asset management or financial services.

  • Working knowledge of Hong Kong regulatory requirements (SFC, AML, KYC).

  • Demonstrable organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Demonstrable interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and client management systems.

Salary: HK$800,000 to HK$850,000 (negotiable)
