Job description
An exciting opportunity has opened up at a global bank seeking an experienced CRM Delivery Manager. This is a senior leadership role in Technology with a high-visibility mandate to optimize digital retail and wealth product capabilities.
Responsibilities
Manage the technical implementation plan across application teams.
Work with engineering and business teams to execute end-to-end projects that aligns with business strategy
Define CRM Tech strategy and target operating models globally, understand intricacies, trends and challenges to positively influence change in customer solutions and experience
Requirements
Bachelor and/or Masters in Technology or relevant field
Deep experience delivering large-scale CRM programs and managing teams across locations
Excellent communication, presentation and engagement skills
Agile project management and Scrum experience
Knowledgeable in CRM systems, processes and front-to-back capabilities. Expertise in MS Dynamics CRM is highly advantageous
