We are partnering with a leading global financial services firm to find a Global Business Resilience Lead (Third-Party) based in Singapore. This newly created leadership role offers global visibility and a rare opportunity to shape and lead the bank’s Third-Party Resilience strategy across multiple regions.

🔧 Responsibilities
  • Strategic Oversight: Drive Third-Party Resilience frameworks across the organization to meet regulatory expectations and strategic priorities

  • Business Leadership: Lead initiatives on third-party engagement, technology dependencies, and business continuity

  • Risk Management: Develop and enhance risk and control frameworks for Third-Party Resilience

  • Governance & Compliance: Serve as SME for third-party risk across global policies, regulatory requirements, and resilience standards

 

🔹 What We're Looking For
  • 15+ years’ experience in Operational Resilience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role focused on Third-Party Risk

  • Strong exposure to banking or financial services environments

  • Expertise in aligning first and second lines of defense to elevate control environments

  • Exceptional stakeholder management – confident engaging with global and senior stakeholders

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
