Siew Ching began her career during the COVID-19 pandemic, graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chinese (Sociology). With a background in education and recruitment, she's adept at communication, earning praise from candidates for her consultancy skills.
Starting in Risk Management roles, she transitioned into Compliance and Corporate Governance, honing her technical skills in placing 'hard-to-fill' positions. Over time, she has built strong relationships with clients and candidates, earning their trust and confidence in delivering a quality service.
As a Mathematics and Science educator, she brings her communication and analytical skills to her recruitment work, ensuring success for both parties. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, watching dramas, and sports like hiking, drawing on her past experience in Cheerleading to be a supportive presence in any setting.
