βA leading international bank is seeking a strategic and visionary Head of Enterprise Architecture to join its technology leadership team in Manila. This is a high-impact role that will shape the future of Private Banking and Wealth Management platforms across Asia.
You will define the architecture strategy, modernise legacy systems, lead cross-functional transformation, and work closely with senior global stakeholders to drive innovation, efficiency, and compliance in a complex banking landscape.

π Responsibilities
Lead the enterprise architecture vision for Wealth and Private Banking across APAC.
Define and implement target state architectures across front-to-back platforms.
Drive digital transformation, cloud adoption, and data modernisation initiatives.
Establish and enforce architecture governance, guiding a team of domain architects.
Collaborate closely with business leaders, technology teams, and regulatory stakeholders globally.

β Requirements:
12+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, with deep domain expertise in Wealth/Private Banking.
Proven leadership in large-scale digital transformation programs.
Strong knowledge of modern tech architecture: cloud (AWS/Azure), APIs, microservices, data platforms.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement, governance, and communication skills.
TOGAF or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
