Blockchain Developer
Job description
A leading market consulting company is looking for Senior Engineer to join their Blockchain Technology team. This is a great opportunity to lead development working with latest blockchain projects.
This is a deep Engineering role yet it will require strong communication and conceptual understanding of building projects on Digital Assets, DLT, Tokenisation.
The ideal candidate should come from a banking or finance background, and recently has implemented solutions in the broader Crypto/Blockchain landscape.
It is a unique position and would fit someone at the Senior Manager level or equivalent.
Responsibilities
Work on the innovative Fintech solutions using blockchain technology
Support customers and other technology teams who seek to make use of our blockchain services
Introduce emerging technology and best engineering practises to ensure consistent results
Building smart contracts, blockchain and distributed ledger development
Developing P2P network constructs in relation to Blockchain
Requirements
Strong software engineering fundamentals
Strong knowledge of common algorithms, data structures, design patterns (event driven messaging)
Advanced understanding of microservices and restful architectures
Proficient in one of the following languages: Java, Go, Javascript
Proficient in frameworks such as Spring, Node.JS, React
Familiarity of cryptography in relation to blockchain
Integration experience with core-banking platforms
Wholesale banking, clearing and settlements experience will be a plus
Understanding of ISO 20022 and SWIFT standards will be a plus
Has a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience
Salary: Up to MYR30K per month + 20-25% bonus
